We are excited to welcome Taylor J. Walker to Zion on April 27th and 28th. She has been recommended by our Council and Call Committee to be the next pastor of Zion Lutheran Church pending a final vote by our church members during a special congregational meeting being held on April 28. (more info).
As part of our welcoming, we invite all members of our congregation to a meet and greet social event on Saturday, April 27, between 4:00PM and 5:30PM in our Fellowship Hall. Light snacks will be provided. This is a great opportunity to meet Ms. Walker as your schedule allows. She will also be presiding over our Sunday service on April 28 prior to the congregational meeting.
Ms. Walker is excited about the future potential with Zion and looks forward to meeting as many of our members during this fellowship event.
